All In Ground (the "Service") collects the following personal information:

• Upon registration: Google account email, profile image, name
• During use: Nickname, user-generated content, IP address, cookies
• Automatically collected: Browser information, device language, User-Agent
• Fraud prevention: Device fingerprint (unique browser identifier), SHA-256 hash of IP address

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection)

• Member identification and service provision
• Content moderation and fraud prevention (including ban evasion detection)
• Automatic translation and multilingual service provision
• Statistical analysis and service improvement

Article 3 (Retention Period)

• Member information: Until account deletion
• Content: Permanently retained unless deleted by the member
• Access logs: 3 months

Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)

In principle, we do not provide personal information to third parties. Exceptions include:

• When required by law
• Direct advertising partners (anonymized data for ad impression/click measurement)
• Google Gemini API (content for automatic translation)

Article 5 (Outsourced Processing)

• Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS Seoul Region)
• Authentication: Google OAuth
• Translation: Google Gemini API
• Advertising: Direct ad partnerships (in-house system)
• Analytics: Google Analytics (when implemented)

1. The Service is open to all ages, but age restrictions may apply per local laws.
2. Guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' use of the Service.

2. For significant changes, member consent will be obtained again.
